What I photograph
Four kinds of days, one way of looking at them, close, quiet and without a script.

The packages people start with

Full wedding day
From getting ready to the last dance, twelve hours of discreet coverage, told like the story it is.

Signature portrait session
Ninety minutes, natural light, two outfits, portraits that look like you on a very good day.

Headshots for teams
A mobile studio in your meeting room, consistent, confident portraits for the whole team in half a day.
The method
How a shoot unfolds
The same four steps for a wedding or a workshop, with the delays stated out loud, because waiting without a date is the worst part.
Scouting & brief
We talk intentions, places and light. For weddings I walk the venue beforehand, so nothing about the day surprises me.
The shoot
I work close and quiet, no shot lists barked across the room, no stiff line-ups unless you actually want one.
The edit
Culling, colour and a darkroom-grade pass on every kept frame. No trend filters that will embarrass you in ten years.
The delivery
A private online gallery, high-resolution files and print rights, with the first photos long before the full set.

self-portrait, one day

Behind the camera
A photographer, not a photo booth
My style leans documentary: real light, real gestures, the second before and the second after the obvious photo. I direct only when a portrait needs it, and even then it sounds like small talk, not choreography.
I scout every place before I shoot it, I arrive early, and I stay until the story is over, the best frame of a wedding is rarely on the schedule.
In the bag
- Two full-frame bodies, one always on the strap
- Fast primes for rooms lit by candles
- Every frame written to two cards at once
- Backups uploaded the same night
Recent work
Straight from the gallery
Real shoots, named with permission, because sample galleries full of models prove nothing.

Claire & Yanis, a vineyard wedding
Twelve hours between the vines and the dance floor, shot like a family album nobody posed for.

Nina & June, city hall in the rain
Fourteen guests, two umbrellas, one kiss on the steps, proof that small weddings photograph enormous.

Margaux, cellist
A portrait series across a season of rehearsals, rosin dust, stage light and the second before the bow drops.

Three generations, one kitchen
A Sunday-morning family session around a ragù that took longer than the shoot.

The luthier of Rue Bouffard
A full day in a one-man workshop, varnish, wood shavings and forty years of patience.

Helios Summit, 400 delegates
Two stages, six hours, three hundred photos delivered before the closing party ended.
What clients say
After the gallery arrives
Example reviews, replace them with real ones once you have permission to publish.
We forgot the camera was even there. Then the gallery arrived and we cried all over again.
I hate having my photo taken, and somehow these are the first ones I actually like.
Fifteen people, one afternoon, and every headshot finally looks like it belongs on the same page.

Book your date
Tell me the date and the story. I answer within 24 hours, and I never double-book a Saturday.
A date is only locked once the deposit is in, until then, first come, first served.
